Chargers' linebacker Steve Foley, who was shot last year just prior to the season starting by an off-duty cop, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
A almost no-brain move to no doubtedly help his case against the off-duty police officer and the Coronado PD. I have yet to hear if Foley is going to try and come back this season but there was some speculation that his injuries could be career-ending.
