Apple Electronics

Today Apple unveiled it's new iPhone and also renamed itself from Apple Computer to Apple Inc. The reason for changing their name? Because they have"...matured from a computer manufacturer to a full-fledged consumer electronics company." Or, in my opinion, Apple has realized that they no longer can over-hype their underpowered, incompatiable computers and since their iPod is such a big hit they have decided to hitch their wagon to the market sector that they are at least making a profit in. Of course once the morons that got an iPod for Christmas realize the difficulty to use their iPod wise up, I suspect these sales should begin their decline. The Apple computer heads had best relish their 'awesome' machines while they can. I'm guessing support for them will decline even further until extinction.
