Forecasting Warmer Winter

NOAA is forecasting a warmer winter than normal for my region... which, if true, would be great. The energy bill for my house is going to be insane this winter, so much so I am trying to get a new furnace and air conditioner installed before the cold weather gets here...

I just wanted to post this map because I don't think weather forecasters have a clue, especially when making long range predictions, and I can rip on them in March when the high isn't above 30 degrees yet...
