The Entitlement Generation

Found this article interesting...I've always had a distaste for the latest generation...I think the classification of gen-x era (which I consider 'my' generation encompasses about 10 years... about the ages of 33-43 right now...

With the next, I think is 18-32 and still growing... most of the people I have worked with that are from this generation fit the stereotype the article gives them:

Now, deserved or not, this latest generation is being pegged, too — as one with shockingly high expectations for salary, job flexibility and duties but little willingness to take on grunt work or remain loyal to a company.
